Online Guitar Lessons

When you’re just starting to learn guitar you might be ecstatic at the vast amount of instruction that’s available at your fingertips. Simply type beginner guitar lessons into Google and you’re presented with more knowledge than you can consume in a lifetime or two. This is awesome but it could also be the reason why you’re not the guitarist you’ve always dreamed of becoming. Too much instruction, and most of the time the wrong instruction does not equal a happy guitar player.

Let’s say you want to become an doctor and you enroll in college and you’re ready to roll. In your first day you find a few of the concepts a bit boring and you say to the lecturer “Hey dude, this blows! I want to operate and perform brain surgery instead…” Insane isn’t it? He would be asked to leave immediately and told never to come back. There’s a reason doctors have to undergo such stringent training. It’s because people die when they don’t do their jobs properly.

But imagine they had to figure all of that stuff out by sitting in front a computer where people all over the world has simply switched on their videocameras and started filming lectures about how they think medicine should work. I can guarantee a success rate of 0.00000001%. Trying to become a doctor with the wrong info at the wrong time and info overload will be fighting a losing battle don’t you agree?

Unfortunately most people try and learn guitar through the haphazard way I just explained. A lesson here and a lesson there. Surely you’ll learn things but would it really teach you a whole concept or new skill? If you just want to learn a few licks or perhaps a song then it’s awesome , but not if you’re looking for a complete set of steps that you can trust and follow knowing that as long as you stick with it you will make it.

I always tell people if something’s worth doing, do it right. Why invest a load of time in something that you’re not sure is going to work. Rather get a complete system and then follow the steps. You’re much more likely to succeed and and learn guitar the right way! Wouldn’t you have more faith in a course that you know has been proven to work and that has taught many other people to play guitar successfully? I think you stand a much better chance at success if you actually believe in the formula.
