Play Guitar Lessons: No More Embarrassment!
Learning any skill can be defeating, frustrating, and embarrassing. If you are learning to play golf, you expect to swing like Tiger Woods the first time you swing the club, but it is likely that you will miss the ball altogether. If you are learning to swim, Michael Phelps makes it look so easy, but you will be choking and gasping for air (and maybe your life) during your first lesson.
Playing guitar is much the same way. It looks so easy on guitar and sounds so stunningly simple on the radio, but the first time you pick up a guitar – watch out! The sound you hear will be frightening.
In order to play guitar lessons are almost imperative. Most people start playing guitar without lessons, picking away at songs they like, figuring out how to hold a bar chord. Some may even try to emulate their favorite guitarist in front of the mirror. Unfortunately, playing guitar is much harder than striking a pose and strumming.

When you learn to play guitar lessons can come in many different forms. Some people choose face-to-face, or one-on-one lessons. These do work, but the potential for embarrassment is very high. Some people choose small group lessons or classes, but these rarely provide the individualized attention that most beginning guitarists need.
Online lessons are a way to avoid the embarrassment, be the sole focus of the class, and learn the skills and music that you like. You don’t need to learn folk music if you want to be a rock star, and you don’t need to learn Eric Clapton if you want to play punk rock. Learning what you want, when you want it, and without the fear of being mocked, is so important in learning to play the guitar.
